The Crab Toe Tap exercise challenges both your balance and coordination and is a fun move to do. You might find the cross body strength needed to support yourself while only on one hand and foot to be quite challenging at first. But after getting better with this movement you’ll see a direct carry over and confidence in strength, flexibility, and control with other movement patterns.
Start out with your legs bent and gradually work up to straightening them along with increasing the speed of the toe taps.
Set a timer for 30 seconds in the beginning and work your way up to eventually being able to perform Crab Toe Taps for up to a minute.
Give this movement a try!
